Job Summary

A business services company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Call Center Operational Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors
  • Work in tandem with our Director of Client Relations
  • Identify staffing requirements and relay additional staffing needs to the hiring manager

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3+ years' proven experience in an operations management position
  • Strong human asset development and oversight skills
  • Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control
  • Highly trained in conflict management and interdepartmental communications
  • Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications
  • Proficiency in 365 Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
