Job Summary
A business services company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Call Center Operational Manager.
Must be able to:
- Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors
- Work in tandem with our Director of Client Relations
- Identify staffing requirements and relay additional staffing needs to the hiring manager
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years' proven experience in an operations management position
- Strong human asset development and oversight skills
- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control
- Highly trained in conflict management and interdepartmental communications
- Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications
- Proficiency in 365 Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
