Job Summary

A provider of customer relationship management needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Call Center Operations Team Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Regular supervision and mentorship over subordinate staff
  • Managing financial implications of attrition and attendance by maintaining program-specific goals
  • Providing agent support via handling escalated calls, as needed

Qualifications Include:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Completion of Team Manager Onboarding
  • Considerable experience managing 15 or more employees
  • Successful completion of two management level interviews
  • Time management skills and computer proficiency
  • Objectivity, professionalism, flexibility and maturity
