Job Summary

A staffing company is in need of a Telecommute Call Center Program Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Reviewing program contract and client contracts
  • Reviewing and finalizing the policies and procedures
  • Leading overall Pearl programs and projects

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel 30%
  • 5-10 years' experience supervising or managing inbound/outbound/virtual call center
  • At least 5 years of management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business, healthcare or financial discipline
  • Highly proficient utilizing Excel and other Microsoft products
  • Working knowledge of CRM software
