Job Summary

A home based contact center company has a current position open for a Telecommute Call Center Program Manager in Dallas.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Completing reporting and analyze call data to identify trends
  • Providing ongoing management of the program, monitoring quality of work
  • Completing research and training necessary to thoroughly understand the client's business

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • A minimum of 5 years Call Center Management experience
  • Ability to identify needs, prioritize, multi-task, adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to study and understand program requirements
  • Superior math and analytical aptitude
  • Strong process management abilities
