Job Summary
A transcription service company has a current position open for a Telecommute Call Center Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Setting up appointments for our clients
- Making outbound and taking inbound calls from potential students
- Taking large numbers of calls
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Strong listening skills, professional telephone manner
- Ability to deal tactfully with callers in a fast paced call center environment
- Comfortable with and driven to meet and exceed goals and metrics
- Able to multi-task, talking on the phone while on the computer for long periods of time
- Above average computer and typing skills with 35 WPM minimum keyboarding
