Job Summary
A staffing agency is filling a position for a Telecommute Call Center Representative.
Must be able to:
- Provide efficient and effective service to customers and prospects

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 months call center experience or at least 1 year of customer service experience
- Knowledge of mainframe, computer and internet applications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Computer hardware and software must meet the employer's minimum technical requirements
