Job Summary
A consumer focused organization has a current position open for a Telecommute Call Center Representative in Dallas.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Resolving customer questions and concerns
- Receiving inbound customer calls
- Documenting customer interactions and transactions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to use computers competently; requires data entry
- Superior customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- At least two years of call center experience in banking, insurance, phone or cable industries
