Job Summary
A staffing agency is seeking a Telecommute Call Center Representative in Pittsburgh.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from members to resolve issues, answer product inquiries and program questions
- Maintain a solid working knowledge of all company services and solutions
- Tactically support member relationship by providing insights into specific offerings for the client
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1-3 years of call center experience, customer service
- Excellent communication, solve issues
- Computer skills (data entry, 80% or more on DE accuracy)
- Reliability
- Internet access at home
