Job Summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Telecommute Call Center Representative in Pittsburgh.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from members to resolve issues, answer product inquiries and program questions
  • Maintain a solid working knowledge of all company services and solutions
  • Tactically support member relationship by providing insights into specific offerings for the client

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of call center experience, customer service
  • Excellent communication, solve issues
  • Computer skills (data entry, 80% or more on DE accuracy)
  • Reliability
  • Internet access at home
