A healthcare and retail pharmacy company is filling a position for a Telecommute Call Center Resource Planning Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing call volume and scheduling
- Managing all off-phone activities within a site
- Assisting in determining appropriate staffing and adjustments
Position Requirements Include:
- High School or GED Equivalent
- 6+ months working in a high volume call center environment
- 6+ months experience with CMS supervisor tool kit usage and application
