Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Call Center Sales Member Engagement Trainer.
Must be able to:
- Provide complete training to our new hires and continued education training to our teams
- Coordinate with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
- Plan and implement an effective training curriculum
Qualifications for this position include:
- minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in a training role
- Must have cold calling sales experience
- Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
- Must be able to keep up to date of new techniques in corporate teaching
