Job Summary

A financial company is seeking a Telecommute Call Center Service Representative in Salt Lake City.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Handle customer service inquiries and problems
  • Assist customers with questions regarding checking accounts
  • Make appropriate referrals for other bank products

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to train onsite for initial 5 weeks
  • Requires High School diploma or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of bank products and cross selling
  • Good keyboarding and communication skills
  • Knowledge of various computer software
