Job Summary

A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Call Center Specialist.

  • Must have Additional Screen/MonitorPrinter/Fax Machine and Battery Back Up
  • At least 2 years Call Center experience
  • Have experience with virtual based call centers
  • Demonstrate excellent phone and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Past experience with heavy inbound and outbound calls
