Job Summary

A customer care services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Call Center Supervisor in Margate.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Delivering multiple and varied scheduled reports as required
  • Providing ad hoc data mining, reporting and analysis upon request
  • Entering all Brand Specialist schedules into the WFM CRM application

Required Skills:

  • High School diploma
  • Fully skilled in use of Microsoft Office applications, Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Must be able to work in fast paced team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Customer Service Center processes, policies and procedures
