A credit union is seeking a Telecommute Call Center Technology Representative in Dunedin.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, friendly and accurate service to internal and external members
  • Deliver problem solving solutions and perform research for members as required
  • Maintain member confidentiality in all aspects of providing services to membership

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year financial institution experience
  • 1 year call center experience
  • Working knowledge of mobile devices and browser settings for troubleshooting issues
