Job Summary

A digital marketing and creative agency needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Call Center Trainer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Delivering instructor-led, eLearning, and other blended-learning training sessions
  • Collaborating and designing course curriculum for customer service representatives
  • Maintaining knowledge related to contract training requirements

Position Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least, one year experience training in a similar environment
  • Four to six months of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Ability to create and design instructional materials with clear, concise data
  • Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
