Job Summary
A digital marketing and creative agency needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Call Center Trainer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Delivering instructor-led, eLearning, and other blended-learning training sessions
- Collaborating and designing course curriculum for customer service representatives
- Maintaining knowledge related to contract training requirements
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least, one year experience training in a similar environment
- Four to six months of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Ability to create and design instructional materials with clear, concise data
- Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
