Job Summary
A pharmaceutical company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Call Quality Coach in Orlando.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing timely and complete qualitative feedback on evaluation forms and maintain QA records
- Detecting inefficiencies and suggest improvements to the current quality assurance (QA) process
- Monitoring the member experience to evaluate employee performance
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1 year of work experience with Government Programs/Commercial pharmacy or Specialty Pharmacy
- 1 year of work experience in quality and/or audit
- Ability to make consistent and unbiased decisions
- High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED
