Job Summary

A company that providing an application platform as a service has a current position open for a Telecommute Campaign Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Review of email for any critical action items
  • Review of email for new cases that have been inputted by account team
  • Review of previously built split tests and campaigns for follow up on client action items

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, related field or equivalent work experience
  • Strong computer skills including fluency in Excel, Office 365 in a fast-paced environment
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain organization
  • Fluency in managing case load in Salesforce Service Desk
  • Strong communication skills, with both internal and external clients
