Job Summary
A company that providing an application platform as a service has a current position open for a Telecommute Campaign Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Review of email for any critical action items
- Review of email for new cases that have been inputted by account team
- Review of previously built split tests and campaigns for follow up on client action items
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong computer skills including fluency in Excel, Office 365 in a fast-paced environment
- Extreme attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and maintain organization
- Fluency in managing case load in Salesforce Service Desk
- Strong communication skills, with both internal and external clients
