Job Summary

A non-profit a leadership development organization is filling a position for a Telecommute Campaign Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Grow the organization's base of supporters through strategic campaigns
  • Pitch and implement campaigns in the organization's core focus areas from start to finish
  • Craft digital strategies rooted in integrating organizing, communications, and other campaigning streams

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Three or more years in digital campaigning experience
  • Experience and proficiency using digital tools, including a CRM system
  • A willingness to learn and test new ways of digital campaigning, processes, tools
  • Able to be a movement builder with deep ties to communities of color
  • Exceptional writing, listening, and strategic problem-solving skills
  • Able to manage group dynamics in order to move discussions toward decisions and action
