Job Summary
A non-profit a leadership development organization is filling a position for a Telecommute Campaign Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Grow the organization's base of supporters through strategic campaigns
- Pitch and implement campaigns in the organization's core focus areas from start to finish
- Craft digital strategies rooted in integrating organizing, communications, and other campaigning streams
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Three or more years in digital campaigning experience
- Experience and proficiency using digital tools, including a CRM system
- A willingness to learn and test new ways of digital campaigning, processes, tools
- Able to be a movement builder with deep ties to communities of color
- Exceptional writing, listening, and strategic problem-solving skills
- Able to manage group dynamics in order to move discussions toward decisions and action
