Job Summary
A women of color, artist-led organization has a current position open for a Telecommute Campaigns Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing the CCO’s calendar and expense reports
- Scheduling all meetings with the department and development team
- Developing and implementing administrative best practices for departmental systems, tools, and expense tracking
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience working with BIPOC communities and/or organizations, and a commitment to equity
- Experience with using content and project management tools
- Expertise in providing administrative support and accounting support for budget management and forecasts
- Ability to have a solutions-oriented approach to the work that creates cohesion in teams
- High level of cultural fluency
- Proficiency in systems and process development for tracking departmental expenses
