A health technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Campus Recruiting Senior Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Evangelizing the campus strategy with business and HR leadership
- Understanding the client's campus workforce planning and forecasting needs
- Designing and overseeing the implementation of talent acquisition strategies aligned with customer objectives
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel is required
- 4+ years of corporate campus recruiting management experience
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition
- Managing recruiters or individual contributors
- Success in this role entails flexibility, the ability to use influence without authority to effectively achieve goals
- In the ability to understand business environments and dynamics and translate them to talent strategies, paired with a high degree of business acumen
