A non-profit organization is filling a position for a Telecommute Candidate Development Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Staff candidates during fundraising call time
• Create a website design for candidates
• Support the candidate development program strategy

• Travel requirements 30%
• Two or more cycles of call time coaching
• Three or more years of work experience
• Two or more years in data and execution
• Experience with word, excel, google docs, pardot, salesforce, asana, ruzuku
