A global bitcoin exchange has a current position open for a Telecommute Candidate Sourcing Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain candidate flow, supporting a variety of job families
- Source candidates through a variety of search resources
- Stay abreast of candidate sourcing best practices
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience with heavy emphasis on candidate sourcing
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid communication capabilities including an ability to craft, test and modify pitches based on response rates
