Job Summary

A staffing and recruiting agency is seeking a Telecommute Card Fraud Analyst in Los Angeles.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing daily reports to identify and verify potentially fraudulent activities
  • Closing cards and ordering replacements as needed
  • Responding to calls from customers to explain card related services

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum 6 mo. of branch or back office banking experience required
  • Minimum 6 mos. of general office or accounting, or customer service experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access)
  • Must be able to trouble shoot and resolve client concerns
  • Desire to assist clients with a variety of client service-related issues
  • Must be flexible to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
