Job Summary

A global healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Care Advocacy Associate Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Driving Operational Performance and Utilization Goals by attaining Affordability targets within covered areas
  • Monitoring and reporting on outcomes and results driven by any operational changes or improvements
  • Using performance metrics to identify mitigate strategies to address problematic trends

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or Marriage or Family Counseling
  • Current, unrestricted and independent license to practice in the state of residence
  • 3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience within a Behavioral Health setting
  • 3+ years of experience with managing Utilization and Case Management teams
