A global healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Care Advocacy Associate Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Driving Operational Performance and Utilization Goals by attaining Affordability targets within covered areas
- Monitoring and reporting on outcomes and results driven by any operational changes or improvements
- Using performance metrics to identify mitigate strategies to address problematic trends
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or Marriage or Family Counseling
- Current, unrestricted and independent license to practice in the state of residence
- 3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience within a Behavioral Health setting
- 3+ years of experience with managing Utilization and Case Management teams
