Job Summary
A managed healthcare and insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Care Advocate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing case management to families as they navigate the complex maze of social service, medical and education system
- Acting as a single point of contact to serve the entire family’s needs behavioral health needs
- Identifying high-risk, co-morbid needs of consumers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or Marriage or Family Counseling; or Licensed Ph.D. or Registered Nurse
- Current, unrestricted license to practice in the state of residence
- 2+ years of experience in behavioral health
