Job Summary
A behavioral health company is seeking a Telecommute Care Coordination Supervisor in Little Rock.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Being responsible for training, meetings, scheduling, monitoring productivity, and overall management of assigned staff
- Ensuring process and procedures are followed consistently
- Ensuring assigned staff complete of all requirements of the program
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel throughout an assigned region to meet with members will likely be required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- RN or Bachelor's Degree in Health or Human Services or related discipline
- At least three (3) years' experience working with members with a behavioral health condition and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities
- Ability to document within care management system; knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
