- Be the first point of contact for patients

- Ensure high levels of patient care and satisfaction in a remote, telehealth environment
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Excellent customer, patient, or member service with 2+ years in a customer service role
- Deep understanding and compassion for the trans experience
- Attention-to-detail with strong data management and entry skills
- Respectful and empathetic written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of basic computer skills
