A health insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Care Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing care plans
- Reviewing insurance eligibility assessments
- Providing chronically ill certifications and document claim records
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to attend case conferences internally and with the client
- Registered Nurse, or licensed Social Worker
- Four years of experience in case management
- Telephonic case management and/or home health care experience
- Experience assessing and developing service plans
