Job Summary
A human resource technology provider has a current position open for a Telecommute Care Team Supervisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supervising 10-15 nurse Care Coach and Clinical Operations Coordinators
- Providing ongoing coaching, training and motivation to employees as needed
- Ensuring Standard Work, Call Flow, and caseload management are being followed per requirements
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Clinician with 3 or more years of experience in behavioral health
- 1 or more years leadership experience with direct reports
- Proven success in team building, project management, and process improvement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to adapt to a regularly changing environment
