Job Summary

A human resource technology provider has a current position open for a Telecommute Care Team Supervisor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supervising 10-15 nurse Care Coach and Clinical Operations Coordinators
  • Providing ongoing coaching, training and motivation to employees as needed
  • Ensuring Standard Work, Call Flow, and caseload management are being followed per requirements

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Clinician with 3 or more years of experience in behavioral health
  • 1 or more years leadership experience with direct reports
  • Proven success in team building, project management, and process improvement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to adapt to a regularly changing environment
