Job Summary
A nonprofit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Career Advancement Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified learners to submit to current and future partners
- Work with the company's Business Development team to actualize placement opportunity leads
- Review data of hiring trends to drive and pursue existing and new roles for learners
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience teaching, coaching, and/or working closely with adults and/or has extensive knowledge of current trends and issues
- Ability to collect and analyze participant data that will influence participant interactions
- Positive, solutions-oriented attitude
