Job Summary

A nonprofit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Career Advancement Associate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Identify and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified learners to submit to current and future partners
Work with the company's Business Development team to actualize placement opportunity leads
Review data of hiring trends to drive and pursue existing and new roles for learners

Skills and Requirements Include:

Experience teaching, coaching, and/or working closely with adults and/or has extensive knowledge of current trends and issues
Ability to collect and analyze participant data that will influence participant interactions
Positive, solutions-oriented attitude
