Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing a roster of job-seeking students
- Counseling and advising students who have sudden job search needs
- Equipping students with the tools to land a fulfilling job as a developer

- Ability to build trust and connection quickly
- Intrinsic empathy for the student experience
- Experience coaching people through career or educational transitions in the past
- Social work background or experience in workforce development or Human Resources
