Job Summary
A coding school needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Career Coach.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building rapport with our students that allows for you to give direct and actionable feedback (verbally and in writing)
- Managing a roster of job-seeking students
- Advising students on the state of the job market, setting expectations around what to expect during the job search
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be able to build trust and connection quickly
- Must have intrinsic empathy for the student experience
- Must have social work background or have experience in workforce development, or you've had a job in human resources
