Job Summary
A marketing and advertising services firm needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Career Prep Coach.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Reading and evaluating applications and make recommendations for program admission
- Tracking, managing and recording fellow data and behavioral management in our database
- Evaluating and coaching a portfolio of Fellows
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Willingness to travel four weekends a year to program seminars/events
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience tracking and reporting data
- 5 years of experience in a professional setting with a strong professional success profile
- Demonstrated understanding of the bar for success in top organizations
- Passion for and track record of coaching college students and/or professionals
