Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Case Management Associate.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing routine office and administrative support to department staff
  • Exchanging information on clinical matters and assisting with generating authorizations
  • Providing computer support to professional staff, including maintenance of the database

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/ Equivalent /College preferred
  • 3 years of health care related work experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • MS Office experience
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills with individuals in diverse professional and patient groups
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required clearance
