A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Case Management Associate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing routine office and administrative support to department staff
- Exchanging information on clinical matters and assisting with generating authorizations
- Providing computer support to professional staff, including maintenance of the database
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma/ Equivalent /College preferred
- 3 years of health care related work experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- MS Office experience
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills with individuals in diverse professional and patient groups
- Ability to obtain and maintain required clearance
