Job Summary

A behavioral health company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Case Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing leadership for the Case Management team
  • Promoting quality service delivery
  • Providing clinical supervision and administrative oversight

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel 10-30% of the time
  • Licensed in Florida as a Social Worker, RN, or similar
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required for nurses
  • Minimum of five (5) years post-licensure experience
  • Previous experience in Case Management or Disease Management
  • Other requirements as outlined in the job description
