A health insurance company is seeking a Telecommute Case Management Services Supervisor in Chattanooga.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Monitoring productivity and performance based on departmental goals
- Coordinating clinical interface with internal/external clients to ensure delivery of quality services
- Supervising, hiring, motivating, and evaluating staff to assure effectiveness of programs
Position Requirements Include:
- Current, active Tennessee license in Nursing, Masters level Social Work, or Allied Health Services degree
- Active unrestricted license
- 2 years experience in a leadership/management role
- 3 years clinical experience
- 3 years demonstrated medical management, or operational experience or clinical experience
- Certified Case Manager
