Job Summary

A health insurance company is seeking a Telecommute Case Management Services Supervisor in Chattanooga.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Monitoring productivity and performance based on departmental goals
  • Coordinating clinical interface with internal/external clients to ensure delivery of quality services
  • Supervising, hiring, motivating, and evaluating staff to assure effectiveness of programs

Position Requirements Include:

  • Current, active Tennessee license in Nursing, Masters level Social Work, or Allied Health Services degree
  • Active unrestricted license
  • 2 years experience in a leadership/management role
  • 3 years clinical experience
  • 3 years demonstrated medical management, or operational experience or clinical experience
  • Certified Case Manager
