Job Summary
A staffing agency is filling a position for a Telecommute Case Manager Registered Nurse.
Must be able to:
- Assess, coordinate, and advocate the options and services required to meet an individual's health needs
- Help identify appropriate providers and facilities throughout the continuum of service
- Ensure that available resources are being used in a timely and cost effective manner
Qualifications for this position include:
- Registered Nurse with current Michigan License required
- Nursing Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing
- Two (2) years full time equivalent of direct clinical care to the consumer
- Working knowledge of Case Management principles and procedures
