Job Summary
A financial technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Cash App Contract Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts
- Drafting and negotiating a variety of contracts
- Managing contract requests and moving contracts forward throughout the contract request process
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum of three years of contract management experience at technology companies or law firms
- Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial, vendor, licensing and other technology related agreements
- Experience with Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Docusign, and other contract management and legal department management tools
- Analytical ability, project management experience and explaining contract requirements
- Ability to meet deliverables on time and work in an evolving and growing environment that is prone to changes
