Job Summary
A casual restaurant chain is seeking a Telecommute Casual Restaurant Support Center Talent Acquisition Manager.
Must be able to:
- Develop and implement proven talent acquisition strategies to address sourcing and talent attraction
- Develop and report out recruiting hiring metrics to analyze efficiencies
- Build relationships with hiring managers and provide guidance through candidate selection and offer processes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a corporate or agency/executive search environment
- Experience in the utilization of leading Talent Acquisition and social networking tools
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams)
- Excellent follow-up and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement proven talent acquisition strategies to address sourcing and talent attraction
- Ability to develop and report out recruiting hiring metrics to analyze efficiencies
