Job Summary

An insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Casualty Claims Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Investigating, evaluating and negotiating entry level and intermediate level casualty claims
  • Managing file through by securing necessary documents through written or phone interactions
  • Identifying and researching process/procedure gaps and developing action plans to close the gaps

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of prior insurance claims experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Relevant prior casualty experience preferred
