Job Summary
A staffing agency is filling a position for a Telecommute CCA Support Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing level 2 support
- Supporting imaging software running on MS Windows servers over healthcare providers' networks
- Working with hospitals, end users and doctors solving technical issues with their applications
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to work with other engineers to figure out if it's a coding issue
- Prior experience providing Level 2 Support in an enterprise healthcare environment
- Experience troubleshooting in the application
- Ability to select and run queries, run union joins to learn more advanced queries and do updates to the customers' tables
