Job Summary

A staffing agency is filling a position for a Telecommute CCA Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing level 2 support
  • Supporting imaging software running on MS Windows servers over healthcare providers' networks
  • Working with hospitals, end users and doctors solving technical issues with their applications

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to work with other engineers to figure out if it's a coding issue
  • Prior experience providing Level 2 Support in an enterprise healthcare environment
  • Experience troubleshooting in the application
  • Ability to select and run queries, run union joins to learn more advanced queries and do updates to the customers' tables
