A cloud technology company is seeking a Telecommute Central Enterprise Field Sales Director in Minneapolis.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading a team of Account Executives covering customer segments that are 10,000+ employees
  • Mentoring and coaching direct team members to execute against revenue targets
  • Organizing accounts for optimal performance

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to travel, as this is a field sales position
  • 8+ years of solution sales experience selling to large, complex enterprise organizations
  • 4+ years managing and leading a sales team
  • Prior success in ECM, Cloud, or SaaS sales management
  • Proven successful track record of exceeding quotas
