- Leading a team of Account Executives covering customer segments that are 10,000+ employees
- Mentoring and coaching direct team members to execute against revenue targets
- Organizing accounts for optimal performance
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel, as this is a field sales position
- 8+ years of solution sales experience selling to large, complex enterprise organizations
- 4+ years managing and leading a sales team
- Prior success in ECM, Cloud, or SaaS sales management
- Proven successful track record of exceeding quotas
