Job Summary

A healthcare business and operations provider is in need of a Telecommute Central Medical Coding Director in Brentwood.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Perform CPSC central coding and medical record documentation improvement operations
  • Contribute to the development of strategic direction of Parallon coding
  • Coach and provide overall guidance to the CPSC coding team

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or currently in a Bachelor Degree program
  • 5+ years’ healthcare management experience
  • 3 years within coding
  • Relevant education may substitute experience requirement with Executive approval
  • Coding certification through AHIMA or AAPC
