Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Central Night Service Clinical Intake Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Participating in QM process with regular audits of work completed
  • Assisting with resolving claims processing issues when needed
  • Completing telephone assessments and referrals

Qualifications Include:

  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Master's Degree in a health related field required plus three years of experience working in a healthcare environment
  • 3 years of progressive experience in customer service or healthcare required
  • Strong customer service orientation
