Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Centralized Order Entry Pharmacist in Denver.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Implementing and evaluating patient care in compliance with client hospital policies, protocols and procedures
• Using the medication process to assess, plan, intervene when necessary
• Monitoring, evaluating and making recommendations

Qualifications Include:

• Works from home following completion of formal training
• Bachelor degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
• Appropriate state licensure is required
• General administrative skills will ensure success in this role
• One year of experience in a hospital setting is required
