Job Summary

An IT company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute CEO Executive Personal Assistant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinating travel arrangements, submit expense reports
  • Recording, organizing, prioritizing, and facilitating executive's task execution
  • Managing complex calendars

Qualifications Include:

  • A desire to travel, as needed, to support the CEO and attend company get togethers
  • Sensitivity and understanding of confidential matters
  • A minimum of 3 years of executive administration supporting someone in a Senior role
  • A successful history of managing calendars, expenses, and logistics
  • The ability to adapt to the CEO's rapidly changing schedule
  • Strong knowledge of Google Apps
