Job Summary

A staffing company is in need of a Telecommute Cerner Care Management Application Analyst in the Gulf Coast.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Optimizing application usage and workflow efficiency by working with assigned department heads
  • Assisting in training efforts for designated applications as deemed appropriate
  • Designing, developing, implementing and maintaining business solutions and recommendations to improve efficiency

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Candidates can work remotely from home and travel as needed
  • Must have 1 year experience, prefer 3 years, building and maintaining Cerner Millennium Access Applications
  • Must understand HIPAA requirements as it pertains to release of information
  • Must understand Joint Commission requirements as it pertains to Health Information Management
  • Knowledge of Fax Software integration with EHR and proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Visio)
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field
