Job Summary

An IT infrastructure and information management company has an open position for a Telecommute Certifications Operations Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assist in strategy, development and launch of the new Career Certification program
  • Act as primary interface for any 3rd party vendors supporting the program
  • Facilitate onboarding of testing delivery provider

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to travel 10%
  • BS/BA or equivalent experience required
  • 10-12 years in Certifications/Technical Training/Operations at either an OEM or large integrator
  • Solid understanding of technical certification paths
  • Experience administering training credits or units
  • Proven ability to lead a cross-functional team to consensus
