Job Summary
An IT infrastructure and information management company has an open position for a Telecommute Certifications Operations Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist in strategy, development and launch of the new Career Certification program
- Act as primary interface for any 3rd party vendors supporting the program
- Facilitate onboarding of testing delivery provider
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel 10%
- BS/BA or equivalent experience required
- 10-12 years in Certifications/Technical Training/Operations at either an OEM or large integrator
- Solid understanding of technical certification paths
- Experience administering training credits or units
- Proven ability to lead a cross-functional team to consensus
