Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting clients in creating healthy goals
- Delivering effective telephonic coaching
- Helping members to set behavior change goals
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare related field
- Licensed as a Dietitian in state of residence (if required by that state)
- Registered with the Commission on Dietetic
- Registration Credentialed as a Certified Diabetes Educator
- 2+ years experience as an RD or CDE
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
