Job Summary

A life sciences company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Change Communications Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Provide support to the Senior Change Manager in implementation of large, complex change initiatives
  • Execute components of the CDCS 7 Step Change Management process
  • Manage and monitor change adoption (assess, review, remediate cycle)

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (required)
  • 1-3 years’ experience supporting Change Management for business and technology projects
  • 1-3 years building and maintaining SharePoint sites to facilitate project collaboration
  • 3-5 years writing content for and producing/building communications vehicle
  • Able to build and maintain effective foundational partnerships
